In order for us to process returns, returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to accept it and the item will be sent back to you.
Please note there is no exchange on hair accessories.
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty purchases only.
Please note, we do not offer refunds on in store purchases - goods can be exchanged for another product or gift card. When purchasing online returned goods can be refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

Please include your name and order number inside all returns. We recommend you send your return tracked, as we are not liable for any loss in transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
