To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with all labels intact and in their original packaging. Please note we are a small independent boutique and our return windows reflect this.

Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, with all labels intact and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns without a valid store receipt or proof of purchase.
- There is no exchange on hair accessories.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item. For online returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), excluding the original delivery cost.
We recommend sending your return tracked, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Appointment Deposits
A fully refundable €20 booking deposit is required to secure a First Communion Dress Consultation appointment. The deposit will be refunded in full or applied as a credit toward your purchase following your appointment, whichever you prefer. The deposit will only be retained by Over The Moon in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
